Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For custom orders, including personalized leather journals and handmade paper products, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for crafting before shipping.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during busy periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.
Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical address to ensure the timely delivery of your package.
Damages
Leathermates.com is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.
